Best when large, real and receive as a gift. They are perfect everyday earrings, as they add a bit of sparkle without being obnoxiously in – your – face about it. There are not many outfits that the diamond stud doesn’t get along with.
The Four C´s:
Color:
The most valued white diamonds are colorless or nearly colorless.
Cut:
Refers to how skillfully the diamond has been faceted, not the shape. It should be symmetrical and proportional.
Clarity:
The most valuable diamonds are, of course, flawless. Imperfections on the surface are called blemishes, and internal fractures are called inclusions.
Carat:
The measure of the diamond´s weight. One carat equals 200 miligrams.
